We are an evening service for those seeking a relationship with Christ. We along with New Life Church believe in impacting the community and not just worshiping the Lord on Sunday but sharing his love throughout each day. Jesus said “A new command I give you, to love one another” This is powerful and a statement that we at Redemption House of Prayer take quite literally let love our community and support each other.
Della & Sean
Worship leaders
Della has been on many praise and worship teams from youth to now in a church and in prison ministry. She has a passion for singing to God and sharing it with others. She is passionate about serving the Lord. She studies and prays over Gods word before she selects songs for each church service.
Her Husband Sean is her biggest supporter and tech guy. They have worked as a team for 25 years. Sean is a veteran who has served in the Air Force and has been playing guitar since he was a child. He has a passion for helping people. He is a mechanic by trade for over 20 years and has worked in public transportation for people with special needs. In his spare time, he enjoys teaching wildlife survival skills to the public. Della and Sean have a son that's an ordained Pastor. He lives in Colorado and is working on his ministry as an evangelist.
Brother Rob
Brother Rob is a powerful man of God and a faithful family man to his wife and 5 children. He has always been a follower of the Lord, but experienced his own trials and tribulations with drug addiction. With God he has been delivered and found his calling to help others find their way to Jesus and to use Him to break their chains of addiction as well. He has served and spread the good news through True Recovery, the Fix Ministry, Good Food Friday’s at the Beacon, and now with Cars and Christ. Brother Rob will do whatever it takes to help someone in need. He gives God all the glory!
Pastor J (Jason Wells)
Lead Pastor
Jason was called to ministry 5 years ago after he founded Mechanics of Faith. From there he attended Liberty University Seminary School to learn more about becoming a ministry leader. Pastor J always had a heart for the Lord and with the support of his wife and family, he began moving toward pastoring. In 2023 Pastor J and Brother Joe Banks founded Cars & Christ. From that friendship, he was introduced to Brother Rob who has now taken the role of ministry leader.
Pastor J pours his heart into helping the community through his works and in doing so has created a safe place for recovery individuals, domestic violence victims, and many others who do not feel accepted not only in church but in life as well. Pastor J believes that a strong foundation of faith and family is the key to living a positive life and successful life that honors God.
